As a Technical Sales Engineer for Upgrade Sales, you contribute to the growth of Nordex’s Aftersales business by developing technical upgrade solutions in close collaboration with global markets and Service functions.
Prepare product documentation, pricing structures, and training materials for internal stakeholders. Support global sales teams with technical and commercial expertise during tenders and negotiations. Develop business cases and proposals for new service products and drive decision‑making processes.

You collaborate closely with software development, Engineering, Sales, and Project teams to ensure safe, compliant, and predictable plant behavior across all project phases.
